Arianna Huffington is the author of The Sleep Revolution, a book about the vital importance of sleep. She speaks to the reasons modern society is wrecking our sleep and what we need to do to regain control.

Barry Cik, a quarter-century veteran in the field of environmental engineering, found his way to the sleep industry when his first grandchild was born. He went shopping for a crib mattress and knew enough about hazardous chemicals to understand babies shouldn’t be sleeping on them. With the help of his sons, he developed the Naturepedic organic crib mattress as a way to provide parents with a safer, healthier choice for their babies.

Babies aren’t a huge fan of bath time. Probably due to the abrupt changes in temperature. The best baby towels help make bath time a little more bearable.
